City Window 2 wip 4

So I've been making quite a bit of progress on this one!  So far it's taken me about the same amount of time as the original but there has definitely been a lot more care put in.  The file is also super huge and my computer is telling me to slow down and size down.  Dx

After taking a better look I wasn't too fond of the reflection's blur.  I'm working on making it look good while still having the eye glancing back.  I may even try that duplicated look done by multiple panes of glass.  I think some of the shading could also be smoother.  I also plan on having a lot more detail in the skyline and rest of the city.
